Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on My Femboy Roommate or any of our platforms, please follow the procedure outlined below to notify us. We will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
DMCA Notice Requirements
Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material.
- Contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement that you consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Important Note
Filing false copyright claims may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who submit multiple false claims.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material
- Notify the content provider of the removal
- Provide them with a copy of the copyright infringement notice
- Give them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice
